I usually buy greek yogurt, but sometimes I buy regular nonfat plain and strain it to thicken;brands such as Dannon, mountain High. I bought a store brand plain nonfat and put it in the strainer in filters as usual. After more than half an hour no liquid had dripped out. The texture was the same. Why didn't it thicken ? Is there another way to try it?
