I have a recipe for a quick bread using almond flour & flax meal. It calls for a 6.5" x 4" pan. Where in the world does one find a pan that size? My normal bread pans are 8x6 (something like that, larger than what the recipe calls for). My mom has a miniature bread pan that is 5.75" x 3" (too small). I don't want to order from an online store for making one loaf of bread. Can this be purchased locally? Also, is it true--if putting in a smaller pan, more baking time. If put in a larger baking pan, less baking time? Help!
