I just made the fennel soda bread (someone posted and it looked good....so it's in the oven now) - and I have 4 ounces of buttermilk left over. I'm making the "from scratch" tuna noodle casserole for dinner. It calls for 2 cups of milk. Can I substitute the 4 ounces of buttermilk for 4 ounces of regular milk? Or will it alter the flavor? Thanks much!
