Good morning Marianne, I noticed that your ancestry is Swedish. My mother, who I inherited my cooking traits from was born of Swedish parents who loved good Swedish food. Nice to know there are other cooks with the same ancestry. Give me a shout when you have tried my lasagna recipe.
