Good evening everyone, In my recipe for the chocolate bar loaf I would like to use evaporated milk instead of boiling water which I think will give some improvement as long as I use the same measurements that I did with the water. I tried making it last evening and the extra milk and chocolate that I put in came out of the loaf pan while it was baking in the oven. When I make it again with the changes I will change my recipe ingredients with the necessary changes.
