Help, I have a husband who is allergic to cinnamon. So many of the recipies taste bland if the cinnamon is left out, and, even though I've tried replacing it with nutmeg, it still tastes bland. Any one have any suggestions how to get flavor without cinnamon? I want to make pumpkin rolls, but I'm hesitant to do them without cinnamon and lose all the flavor. It's pure torture for him to smell good things baking and not be able to eat them...
