Two things. I bought Dole Coleslaw & am using it to make an Asian Coleslaw recipe. I've always thoroughly rinsed it out of the bag, but then I have to blot it with paper towell cuz it takes forever to "dry". The bag the coleslaw comes in says "Thoroughly Washed". Would anyone STILL rinse/wash it or am I being slightly paranoid? Don't want to give my TG guests food poisoning. Other question, I bake a lot & never had this happen before (in this extent) of bagged gran. sugar. The brand is C&W, and opened the bag to pour into my container. There were huge chunks of sugar that I had to break apart. Is this normal? Thanks everyone!!!!!!!!!!
