Want to serve Cornish game hens to company, but they seem so difficult to eat in a tidy way that doesn't leave most of the meat on the bones. Should I cut them up before serving (too bad, they look so pretty whole)? Should I tell the guests to just dig in with their hands, which would be messier than eating fried chicken because of the sauce. TIA
