Hello everyone! I have a "beef round sirloin tip roast. Total weight was 11 pounds but the hubby cut it in half. So now I have 2 5.5 pounders, Can this cut of meat be roasted to medium rare? I know certain cuts need to be cooked through but not sure about this one. If it can be cooked to medium rare what temp should my oven be set and how long would I cook it? I do have a meat thermometer but not sure what internal temp it should read to be medium rare. TIA for any help! Have a good afternoon!
