Eastern European Mushroom Sauce. We have a local restaurant owned by a Bosnian family. The food is to DIE for! One of their sauces appears to be a mushroom sauce, and I'm looking for a recipe. It is thin and smooth--no mushroom pieces. It, or another sauce, is light in color, perhaps carmel color, and is used over their broiled catish and spaetzel in addition, I think, to a wonderful rib eye steak!
