Hi Everyone,
We like the uncooked and fresh stuffed salmon sold at Costco, and I'm wondering if any of you have a similar recipe. I did a search online and there are many so called copycat recipes. Those contain rice, cheese, cream cheese and other things that are not in the original.
Please share if you have any ideas.
