The Cilantro problem. It doesn't keep long. We received 3 bunches from the food bank yesterday. Wow. We eat a lot of Mexican food at our house. I'm bound and determined to not let this gift go to waste. So I cut off the stems and have it in the second water rinse. I recall seeing something recently about making Cilantro ice cubes. Any ideas? How would you preserve it? Thinking about using the food processor. How much water/cilantro ratio do you think? Fifty-fifty?
