I'm congested and sneezing, slight dry cough from time to time. My DH is very congested, feverish and a mucus cough. But who wants chicken soup in this heat? Any suggestions for a summer cold? Please, limit the dairy. My DH doesn't handle jt well when he's sick. Tia

Hubby grilled chicken, skirt steak and sausage last night and the chicken is pretty dry and the sausage is a smidge crispy. Any ideas on what to make with the leftovers for dinner? Thanks!

No news on my snake yet! ~~ I planned to cook DH's favorite meal tonight for our anniversary. He always calls to ask if he should bring anything home. Tonight my DGD grabbed my phone & ran. I didn't know until later that she told her Papaw that I was so tired & he should bring home supper, that she talked him into Wendy's chicken & strawberry salad. A nice light supper! ~~ I need a cooking project for this weekend with the girls. I'm thinking of using wonton wrappers to make stuffed ravioli with crawfish?? With a light garlic cream sauce. And with the crawfish cornbread inside & the matchstick green beans or a simple salad. I've never used wonton wrappers before & have no recipe to make this stuffed ravioli. Any tips or recipes I can adapt would be greatly appreciated.

Hi guys and gals! I have a box of white rice that came with my chinese food and no one eats the white rice, I usually just end up throwing it away but I was wondering if this is the case with any of you and what do you do with the rice? I hate to throw it out but not sure what I could do with it? Any suggestions? Thank you

Basic pantry items-I am looking for a list of pantry items to allways have on hand so there is no need to run to the store. Looking for ideas for dinner with what we got from the Keene Community Kitchen today(this sorta goes with my last question)We got a head of cabbage, 2 ears of corn, 3 cucumbers, 3 tomatoes, red potatoes, sliced cheese like product, 4 kinds of bread and soy sauce substitute(which sounds scary). Can we make a easy fast meal with this? How can we put it all together?
