Question: (0 answers)
The recipes are just great! I print and place them in a binder. Your "change" is ridiculous! Why would I want to run upstairs and downstairs, or from any location, unhook the laptop from my printer just to "scroll down and view" the recipe from my kitchen? Would it not be much easier to read it from my kitchen counter? Whoever thought up this cockamamie idea?! Leave things the way it was so we can print the recipes!!

Question: (1 answer)
I have on hand all purpose flour can I add other ingredients so it will self rise? The recipe calls for 3 cups of flour..I noticed in the comment section that a gal had said she used all purpose flour and added 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking powder I had heard you can do this I am not sure that those are the correct measurements.
Thank you so much,
Deana

Question: (4 answers)
I was in my local butcher shop today, which also carries various sundry items. They're advertising they have free range eggs at $4 a dozen. Is it just me, or does this sound a bit spendy to you?

Hi Y'all! I need some help, I was making some chocolate chip muffins and accidentally added 1/4 cup too much AP flour. I haven't mixed it with the wet ingredients, however I have already stir the flour, sugar, baking soda/powder etc together. Should I just pull out the 1/4 cup now? Or add more wet ingreds? Help!!! This is the recipe
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 cup sour cream
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

OT
Hi to everyone, I have just regained my light and heat in my home again after being off for almost a 24 hour period with my fridge not running so I had to put some things like my food for Christopher in the freezer when I left for town this morning to make sure it did not spoil before I got home again. It is so nice to come home to a nice warm kitchen and living room that are quite welcoming when you have come home from a long bus ride. We are now having a bout of rain happening with no sun for a short while so I hope to get back in the sun again soon. The sun is actually why we had a bad storm here in the area that caused a windstorm and blew the trees down over the power lines and knocked out the power until just this afternoon when they turned it back on again for us. I am so thankful to have heat again in my trailer. It gets pretty cold when there is no heat available. We had a very hot spell for a few days and this is what happens when the weather gets too warm and causes a storm to wreak havoc. Hi to Sue in case you missed my update on your question about what to do with ginger in recipes. Try my Pineapple Lemon Meringue pie with ginger that is very good for dessert. My trip to the Dentist was a little bit cheaper this time and they were very good with me while they did the work. My dentist is always concerned about my eating habits and gives me the best care possible.

Evidently the site has changed within the past few days. I can't find the link that allows a recipe search by ingredients. Is that option still available? I don't see it anywhere. Thanks in advance.

Question: (2 answers)
I have never used fresh ginger root although I see it in a lot of recipes. I read in a review that you could put in the freezer and then just grate off what you need and put back in freezer. My question is 'does it have to be peeled? Is the part you use inside? I was watching a cooking show and it looked like a soft yellow pulp. I really don't know what it is suppose to look like. Please help.

Question: (1 answer)
OK, am an AR pro and have found AR Inspire me for IPad. So I loaded the app on my Ipad and when I click on my recipe box, it says three things, Upgrade Now No Thanks and Already got it. So I click on " Already got it" It askes for my apple id, I enter that, then it tells me I have not purchased it. Any Suggestions or is the Ipad app separate from the one here online. Hope that all made sense.

Question: (2 answers)
It sure would be nice to be able to edit the recipe categories to better fit the way I would like to organized them. I think it would make finding a specific recipe or look for ideas for the night’s dinner. BTW, I am a "pro" but it isn't an option that I have found.
