Hmmm, on a local garage sale FB page someone has a KA advertised. I have the most basic model and it's more than 5 years old. It was a black Friday special at Walmart. It works fine so far but the plastic knob on the on/off switch broke off so it;s just a metal pin w/o the knob. Totally functional, though. Red Artisan kitchen aid. Used one time . Newest model . 3 attachments, bowl, pour shield.325 watt 5qt. 200.00. The downside to this one is that it's red which I don't hate but it wouldn't be my first choice. The upside is that it's basically new and she's selling it for $200. She just sent me a copy of the receipt and she bought it on February 16th from Sears for $340.19. Yay or nay?

Strong espresso. I have a few, or more, recipes that call for a small amount of it, 2 ounces. Suggestions for a sub? ('Can't find espresso powder either) :)

How long should you cook two (big) frozen chicken breasts in the crockpot? I put them in there about two hours ago. I keep getting in trouble for over cooking them.. Lol. The only other thing that's in there is homemade BBQ sauce. I can't overdo them again and I don't have a meat thermometer!

Please help if you can. I am making a pasta dish for my friend to take to a church dinner. I am making the dish the night before and keeping in the fridge over night and I would like to know if you can tell me at what temperature to reheat it in the over and how long to leave it in so it gets hot again? I cooked it at 325 when I made it. Thank you for your help and time.
