Good morning. The question below (re growing and using green onions) made me remember the story I heard on NPR a couple of days ago. Anyone try growing micro greens? Good morning. I need to pick your brain about potatoes. If I buy a big bag of russets, can I bake them all and then chop for "hash browns" and freeze them? I've never frozen potatoes so wonder if any of you have? Of course, you can buy frozen potatoes but don't know if you can do it yourself. Thanks in advance!

Has any of the manufacturers made a smaller oblong cake pan to accommodate the new smaller cake mixes? The 13x9 does not work anymore because the cake does not rise enough. Thanks.

When regrowing green onions from the roots, will they return perennially when planted outdoors in cold climates (north Idaho?) Thanks...........Michael

Hi I've decided to make the Havana slow cooker pork tenderloin that some of you have enjoyed recently... I thought I had all of the ingredients but found I don't have red wine vinegar. I do have red wine and both distilled and balsamic vinegars, what would you substitute? Also I used about a tablespoon of lemon juice from a plastic lemon because I don't have a fresh one. I do have half a lime... Would you use any of the zest? All the other ingredients are already in the slow cooker so I really really appreciate your help!

Hi everyone. The mover guys came today and ate all my cookies and leftover brownies. Now I need something for me, not too sweet, quick and that uses chocolate chips. A recipe that is already gluten free would be nice. Don't want a brownie though. Any ideas? Bonus thanks if it's faceless. ;-)

I have a question about brown rice. I usually make homemade mexican rice using long grain white, but I want to use brown rice this time. I want to use the same recipe, but not sure if I should just increase the liquid and cooking time or also increase the tomato sauce. Recipe inside.
