Well I have a bumper crop of tomatoes this year. My husband walked up to me yesterday and asked me to make him tomato jam..... Ok that is something that I didn't knew existed till I moved to central PA which is an Amish area. That is not something that is normal for my hometown or my family. So help me please.... Tomato Jam? Tomato Pepper Jam? Or is it just Pepper Jam? Help!!!

I'm in the mood for a blackberry pie so silly me I bought a bag of frozen blackberries without checking recipes first. All the recipes want 4 cups of berries and of course the bag is only 3 cups. Now what? I don't want to go to the store just to buy another bag, plus that would leave me with 2 cups of extra berries

Hello all! :) I know this was asked a couple weeks ago but I'm having trouble finding the post. I finally bought a jar of coconut oil (solid form) that was on sale. Looking for ways to use it. If I were to use it to fry some zucchini in, does it impart a coconut flavor? Other ways to use it?

I need some healthy and easy lunches for child. He is 12 and loves meat. I prefer the vegtable but he loves meat. Simple things he can reheat in the toaster oven or microwave himself. Thanks. No processed meat or pork please. thank you!

My mother used to make a chicken and rice casserole and it had 3 different rices in it. Im pretty sure 2 of the rice were brown rice and wild rice. The 3rd rice I am not sure of but an Indian rice rings a bell. It was all baked together.Trying to find this recipe or something similar. Anybody seen or had something similar??

I was lucky with my garden this year - well except for the elusive squash which we can't seem to grow - had 1000's of cherry tomatoes. I needed to do something with them . . . . . . . inside for deliciousness

Does anyone else find that the 'prep' time listed is always way under. For example I made baked french toast today and it says "10 min" but it took me 33. I did up the recipe a little since I had more bread, but it shouldn't have tripled the prep time.
