Hi to everyone, my peers thought it would be good for me to take the afternoon off and take it easy for today. My care worker is coming by and will heat up my chicken loaf with green beans for my dinner tonight. My worker left the slice of meal loaf on the counter and would wait till she arrived before putting it in the oven. Is that too long for a slice of chicken loaf to be out on the counter that has been cooked already.:)

I did something really dumb! I submitted a recipe and was going to make it today and I realized I left out a very important ingredient. Any suggestions? Maybe I should just delete it and resubmit it. Oh Brother!!

I took out some turkey Italian sausage out of the freezer two days ago but plans changed and I didn't cook it. Plans again changed so I just threw them in the oven to get them cooked. Can I stick them back in the freezer now that they are cooked to use at a later time?

Why can't I save recipes once I reset the number of servings? The saved fill has the original amounts in "My recipes"

The main ingredient for a soup I used to make was Cajun Stewed Tomatoes. For 5 yrs I have tried to locate even just 1 can of this so that I can try making my own, but no dice. So, does anyone either have a can or better yet, has anyone managed to create a very close copy of this product? If so, I REALLY NEED IT!! Like my search to find one can (incl. contacting S & W), I have not been able to reproduce it. THANKS SO MUCH TO ANYONE WHO CAN ANSWER THIS. My kidneys have failed, and my soup would be a great nutritious meal. Thanks!!!

I'm trying to delete folders in the Recipe Box. I've reviewed the help answers which say to hover over the folder, and options will appear. They don't. I also tried right-clicking, and don't get an option to delete. Any other solutions?

How can I ask Chef John a question about Potato Turnip Gratin specifically- can I make night be fore and warm up for a luncheon of 50 hungry seniors next day? Will be doing Chicken in the morning of luncheon and only have so much room in a large stove which will be occupied baking Chef Johns chicken recipe.
