I must be a better mixologist than I am a cook. I think this is my third or fourth drink that's been published, but I have a dozen recipes that are languishing. Oh well! Hi everyone, if I have a casserole dish with mashed potatoes on the bottom and onions over them and cheese spread over the top could I put eggs on top of the cheese and bake it in the oven to cook the eggs on top the casserole.

Every time a make a lemon pie there always water in my crust.Why ? Also every time a make the egg white to put on my lemon pie it disapeare or mean looking smaller after couple hours.Why ? Thank you

So sorry, but I still can not find the command to give me the daily recipes of my choice. For example, I am not a baker; rather meat/potatoes/starch/veggies are my thing. How can I request a daily email from the chefs from these categories [oh and, yes, slow cookers]. Thank you my cooking companions. okay, here's my dumb question of the day. i want to make sticky toffee pudding. forgot to buy cream for the caramel sauce! found a recipe that uses evap milk. i have a can in the pantry, however the best before date is June 2014. is it safe to open and use? ugh!
