Question: (5 answers)
Ok, so I need to vent a little. I was just looking at recent reviews and was very upset to see that someone has chosen one particular item and gave very low reviews to a number of different recipes of that item. It was quite clear that none of them were even tried, but were judged based on what they know the recipe to be. I would like to say that everyone has their own way of doing things and family recipes that are handed down over time may be changed or were never the " correct" way in the first place, but were the way that family made it and to them it was wonderful. I for one appreciate when someone has the courage to share a recipe here, opening themselves up to scrutiny and when they have love of a recipe that they would share with another family. I also put stake into reviews that I read and trust that the person at least made the dish. Sorry for my rant! Ok. I'm over it. ;)

I wanted to make crunchy oven fried tilapia fillets and when I went to get my bread crumbs I didn't have any. I also didn't have the corn meal either. As I was looking I found Cornbread stuffing mix. Do you think the stuffing mix would be ok to coat the fillets with?

Question: (1 answer)
Good morning to everyone on AR , I have just taken some of my Trail Mix cookies to the gas station and I will be checking back in one week to see how the sales are going on them. I planted some pumpkin seeds last night also in my garden so I hope both of these ventures will reap many benefits for future pies and cookie sales.

Question: (6 answers)
Update: I am pleased to say my husband was moved last Friday to rehab. He was not very happy when he got there. He was used to being in a big room with the front wall all glass. The nurses station right outside. All he had to do was raise his hand and he had there attention. Well at the rehab. it is a smaller room with another man. He couldn't even see the door to his room from the bed. He thought we had just throwed him away.Next day they did move him across the hall to a room by the window where he can atleast look outside and see the lake. He started rehab on monday. I told him he was going to be so busy with rehab he wasn't going to spend much time in his bed. I can see improvement everyday. Cognitively he is totally normal again. Finally got all that pain med out of his system. I even took out dog to see him on Sunday. They were both very excited to see each other. It was funny, when I took Princess out of the car and put her leash on she broke and run to the front door. It was like she knew he was in there. Guys, I am so thankful to feel like you guys are all my friends. I know that all the prayers that you all have sent up as well as all the other prayers have gotten him where he is now. Please don't stop now. He still has a long ways to go. I just pray that there are not anymore set backs along the way. Charlotte B.
