So what did everyone make today? I'm exhausted after spending the day with my daughter and our 3 favorite kiddos! We had our annual cut-out cookie baking day!

Question: (1 answer)

Make Baked coconut shrimp for Christmas appetizer. Once batter and coconut is applied and shrimp layed out on lightly oil baking sheet I need to store it in refrigerator for a cpl. hours to then transport to a friend's prior to cooking. Do you think it will become soggy or absorb too much of the oil spray from sitting in pan ? Thank you !!

Question: (2 answers)

For Christmas Dinner, we are having prime rib that sits with the oven off for 2 hrs. Pretty well ties up the oven. If I make Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes early in the day (http://allrecipes.com/recipe/ultimate-twice-baked-potatoes/) do you think they could be cooked earlier in the day, then warmed in the microwave, and broiled for a few minutes right before dinner?? Thanks for your thoughts! Merry Christmas!

Just when I was getting my freezer down to a manageable amount of food in it, I was given about 40 pounds of fries. Various types including tater tots, steak fries, seasoned fries and just regular fries. Other than just making fries with them, what are your favorite ways of using these various fries. BTW, tonight it's burger and fries for supper :)

Just a quick question please... I'm making the "Bisquick" recipe for Coffee Cake but I wanted a larger one. Original called for 9" round pan but I doubled and am using a 13"X 9" pan... How much longer would you bake it? I added 10 minutes (Bakes at 375)... Thx

Quick "reality check" for Thursday; what is the targeted cooking time for a 6.1 kg turkey (13.5 lbs) that is stuffed, at 350 degrees? I know all about the interior temperatures, but just getting there, to meet the timings! TIA!
