Hi all! I was watching a cooking show last week where the host did a breakfast challenge at the firehouse. I was really intrigued by one of the dishes but can't find the show or a similar recipe. Here you go.... he tore up crescent rolls (cooked) and laid them in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Topped with fresh blueberries then with (what I think he said) a think layer of cream cheese and brown sugar. He then poured an egg mixture over the hole thing and baked it. Any suggestions?

I am looking for a recipe for tomorrow night. I need something budget friendly, doesn't, take to very long to make since I get off of work at 6, and if it made a good amount so my boyfriend can have left overs it would be perfect! Thanks all in advanced

Good Morning Everyone, I have a rotisserie chicken in the fridge I bought on Saturday that I was going to make chicken salad out of for church pot luck but I made something else instead....anyways my question is would you warm it up a little to debone it? What would you make out of 1/2 of it other than chicken salad? Thank You so much!

Help! Any of you great cooks out there I'm really having a problem getting my buttermilk biscuits up to par. I've tried many different variations of my recipe and other recipes and I'm not having any luck! Mine taste great, great flavor but they just are not rising to the height I want them to and although mine taste great they aren't as flaky as I would like. Here's the recipe I'm using, if you can help me perfect it I'd be grateful. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 tsp. baking powder, 4 tablespoons Sacco powdered buttermilk, 1 tablespoon sugar. Sift together 3 times add 1/4 c chilled unsalted butter cut into small cubes, 1/4 c lard chilled cut into small cubes and pulse in a food processor until crumbly and incorporated. Chill in freezer if it becomes warmed to room temp to chill off. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture add 1 cup buttermilk mixed with 1/2 tsp. baking soda and stir with a wooden spoon until a dough forms. Finish with your hands adding a little flour if too sticky. Knead in bowl about 10 times. Press into a flattened round on a lightly floured surface and cut out biscuits with a 2 1/2 inch cutter, straight doun, do not twist. Place 1 inch apart on an ungreased airform baking sheet. Bake at 450°F for 12 to 14 mins.
