As to the Fruit Pizza, Sugar Cookie dough. The store brand has eggs and I was trying to find a good sub that is egg free that could be rolled or pressed out to cover the pizza pan . I will try the parchment paper with the recipes I found. Thanks

I am trying to come up with a dinner idea that will use up about 1 lb of pre-cooked cubed ham. I have pre-cooked cubed potoatoes, pasta, assorted vegetables, if that helps. Curious what anyone can come up with. Something different would be great, but anything will work. Forgot about buying it. TIA!

I have a recipe for malted milk choc. chip cookies that call for 1 cup butter flavored shortening & brown sugar & 1/2 cup malted milk powder. I cannot really taste the malted milk. Can you add more malted milk powder or will that screw it up since it is similar to a flour? It has 2 cups of flour in the batter.

I make a great desert called Fruit Pizza. The crust is Sugar Cookie dough (store brand). I want to make this for my son who is allergic to eggs. I found several recipes on the web but don't know if I would be able to roll out the dough to cover the pizza pan. Any suggestions? Thanks and Merry Christmas

I used to have a recipe for a dessert we called 1-2-3-4. It had four layers. I believe the bottom layer was a crust made with flour, butter, sugar and pecans, then maybe a cream filling or pudding of some kind and it was topped with chocolate. I'm missing a layer as it had four layers. It was very rich. Anyone have a clue as to what this could have been? I've looked up 1-2-3-4 with no results.

I bought a bottle of oregano flavored white balsamic vinegar and and herb flavored olive oil. I am going to be making fish tonight (walleye) and an wondering if there is a way I can use one or both of these. What do you think? Thanks!
