Hi all . We have two 6 oz. pieces of wild caught cod that I would like to bake , but would like it to be lightly coated with something for a little crunch . Have panko , bread crumbs , crackers , croutons , and I think some dried stuffing mix. We don't want a heavy breading , but would like it to "stick" and come out fairly crispy . Advice please . Thanks. As always ! lump :)

Earlier this month an epic battle of Chest Thumping Man Golf was once again waged on the shores of Buzzard's Bay. Once again I was tasked with creating recipe to honor the event. Last year we won. This year we lost. My recipe is in my Lamentation Dinner Blog. I hope you all enjoy it.

Hello I'm looking for a CAKE Recipe that you have tried and loved. It needs to be FAT FREE and SUGAR FREE. I know that seems like a tall order, but I'm sure there must be some out there :-) Thank you in advance

I made this cake last night, I had seen it here in the buzz someone had reccomended it. It was good. I like cake next day so looking forward to seeing how it is when chilled. I like cake cold :) I just might make it again and do less flour ? do you think less flour will ruin it if I did that ? i think 3 cups is to much myself. http://allrecipes.com/personalrecipe/63731426/tennessee-lemon-blueberry-cake-the-best/detail.aspx

Happy Birthday to GammaRay (XrayBarb)!!! To the best PIC (partner in crime) a gal can have. Whether it's been nail biting drives in Maui, getting lost in Kansas City, origami in Vegas, good ole conversations in Oregon and California, it has always been an adventure with lots of love and laughter. LOTS of laughter!! Have an absolutely wonderful birthday!!
