Thanks to all for the holiday wishes! 'Hope you had a delicious & enjoyable day! The day after Christmas is always more relaxing. Reheat & eat! :D This was good. I didn't add the onion flakes or corn syrup. What are your favorite leftovers?

Hi to everyone, I left early this morning with my sister and her husband for their home residence where nieces and their kids were there to make it a full house for all of us to celebrate the holidays together with a Turkey dinner and some mincemeat pie for dessert. We played a game of scrabble before we ate and I ended up getting a word on my board that could have won me the game but my niece decided to write on it beforehand so we played again and I did it again but did not win the game. They were sampling some Strawberry Beer that had a very different taste to it.

Hey guys, I recently had two recipes published and thought the Team "the Buzz" might be interested in one now that Mr Winter has come along. I'd like to recommend the following Penny's Best Chicken in Wine. Quick and easy and very good!

I could REALLY use some recipes for holiday vegetable dishes that I can make ahead and freeze. There were just too many people in this kitchen this holiday trying to cook at the same time. It would be great if I could just pull something out of the freezer and stay out of the way of the chaos! Thanks!

I am looking for a peanut brittle recipe that is airy and not so "brittle" to bite into. Any recommendations?

Silly Question: I must not be reading this right, but do you put the meat in raw in the peppers in this recipe?

Two cons of my KitchenAid mixer: the weight and the paddle blade doesn't effectively scrape the sides or bottom of the bowl. At T.J.Maxx I found Beater Blade. It's the paddle beater with rubber blades along the outside of the beater.INCREDIBLE!!! Best $14.99 I ever spent. My model is the Classic Plus with 4.5 qt. bowl. The item # for that one is KA-TH. (beaterblade.com) Now If I could just make it lighter... Happy Holidays everyone!

I'm the poster child today! Whew, even I'm tired of looking at those tomatoes! ;D ... how would you lessen the flavor of cream of celery soup - already in the dish?

Would like to reheat two roasted Cornish game hens. I'm thinking on a roaster grill with water in the pan and tin foil tent, to keep them moist, on low I've heat. Ant other thoughts? They were so good yesterday!!

I must be a better mixologist than I am a cook. I think this is my third or fourth drink that's been published, but I have a dozen recipes that are languishing. Oh well! Some of them deserve to I guess. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Christmas-Cheer/Detail.aspx?event8=1&prop24=SR_Thumb&e11=christmas%20cheer&e8=Quick%20Search&event10=1&e7=Recipe&soid=sr_results_p1i1
