I found a recipe through a magazine that I love. I would like to share it with the Allrecipes community and have it in my Allrecipes Recipe Box. Can I do add this recipe as a Personal Recipe? Do I need to site the source? I've tried to search the Customer support page and didn't find anything addressing this. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I tried cooking the Eye of Round steak/ketchup (swiss steak) recipe from Steph. The meat turned out tough; followed recipe to the T. Any thoughts from the pros out there?

The instructions on the label call for 400ml of coconut milk. I'm do not have coconut milk, and I am always looking for ways to make high protein recipes that are relatively low-fat. I know there is lighter coconut milk, but I have a different idea and I was wondering if it would work. Could I substitute the coconut milk for regular milk? Could I get a thicker consistency by adding Chobani greek yogurt to it at some stage. Has anyone made similar substitutes in place of coconut milk? Have you had to make alterations to the cooking time/temperature? And if I add yogurt, should I add it later when the pot is cooler in order to avoid from turning into that weird texture? Any thoughts would be highly appreciated.

I love making homemade frozen yogurts and ice creams, but it seems when I try to store them in my freezer (set at 0F), they freeze hard as a rock and are impossible to scoop out. Just curious what temp you keep your freezer at ? I've a deep freeze I always keep at zero as well, so if I can safely use a higher temp for my refrig freezer I'd like to try. Thoughts? *or* how do you keep homemade ice cream soft? Putting plastic wrap over the top before sealing does NOT work lol

A poster asked about cookies and muffins turning soft overnight once they were put in a container. I can't find that post right now, but have had the same problem lately, tho nothing in my baking habits or ingredients has changed.
