I bought a bottle of oregano flavored white balsamic vinegar and and herb flavored olive oil. I am going to be making fish tonight (walleye) and an wondering if there is a way I can use one or both of these. What do you think? Thanks!

I was looking through my recipe box, and found a recipe I had forgotten about! I only have a few more than 12,000 recipes, so that figures! But, it is a holiday delight!

A few nights ago, I asked for ideas for a 1-2 bite, 10 minute event, low carb, restricted on some things for medical or picky kids, to be a surprise for the DGDs to help make for their Papaw as a quick birthday surprise. Not a sweet & not enough to ruin supper. Had an emergency & knew I wouldn't be back so closed the post. After talking with DS as to what would please all, we decided on grilled shrimp! May seem odd to most but was loved by all last night, even the kids 4 to 13! Marinated 2+ pounds (should have made more!) EZ peel large shrimp, DGD helped cook on GForeman grill. I made John Besh's remoulade & a Jezebel sauce for dipping plus lime wedges for squeezing. The girls & I had so much fun cooking & making the platters & we all had a blast eating!

I'm making World's Best Lasagna and want to freeze it to make ahead. Would you freeze this with no problems? Also, can I pack it in a cooler bag and transport with a little ice or DO I need the ice?

I have 2 lbs of stewing beef out for tomorrow's supper. We don't really want stew and I have a mushroom allergy so the usual stroganoff is out. Any other ideas would be appreciated. I'm off to bed but will check in the morning. TIA!

Hi everyone! I need 'healthy' snacks for the girls' class Christmas parties. I don't want to send cookies or cupcakes. I would like to do the Grinch Kabobs but no strawberries in the stores here. Can do the fun fruit skewers but asking for other ideas for 6 - 9 year olds. No nuts please.
