I hope one of you fine people can help me. My son has requested a brownie bottom cheese cake that he found a recipe for. It is supposed to be made in a 9"x3" springform pan and baked at 325 for 55 minutes. I would like to make it in 11.5"x2" baking dish so I can cut them into bite size pieces and freeze some for Christmas. Will this work? If so, how would I adjust the cooking time?

Good morning, friends! Please help a girl out. I believe it was last week someone or maybe AR posted the recipe/technique for slow-cooking a half, unsliced ham. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Thank you so much for your help. Have a warm and wonderful day!

Good Morning Everyone, I have a question in regards to the Kuerig brand coffee pots to anyone who has one. I was thinking of buying b.f. one for Christmas and looking at them I was blown away by the price of them....the k550 model is $200.00, he is the only coffe drinker in the house...I dont know the first thing about them since I don't drink coffee so I was wondering if its worth this steep price? Thank you for your input. A regular coffee pot is not an option though.

Excellent and easy gluten and dairy free meals. PLEASE! Thinking about going to a plant based diet on advice of nutritionist. I miss eating Italian and Mexican but I'm pretty much used to this now. Any input would be greatly appreciated- just my husband and I 99% of the time.

Ok I'm convinced that I should cook my 20lb turkey upside down this year, but I can't seem to find out how, do I wrap it tight in foil or use cooking bag or just tent it? Also it seems it should be turned the last 30 mins is that a mess to do?
