Hi I am in greece, I have an american recipe that has 2 cups of crumbs for a 9 x 13 inch base pan and half a stick of butter melted to mix...OK the butter is easy to calculate the crumb however is not so easy ...have looked on lots of recipes but all differ!!!!! I am using digestive biscuits anyone out there can help I would appreciate it thankyou

denise: I used an online conversion chart to calculate 2 cups of bread crumbs to equal approximately 216 grams. Does that help at all?
