I made some stuffed shells a few weeks ago and had extra. So I froze a tray. I want to heat them in the oven tonight but I have never baked frozen pasta before. I have searched on line with no luck!

I freeze uncooked pasta dishes all the time. I would bake covered with foil if not defrosted til browning at the end.

I have your recipe and was going to try it later this week. So now I'm going to try freezing a batch of them. Thank you for the idea. That's such a convenient meal and a great one to send to someone. Great idea.

I have found that frozen stuffed shells (mine are stuffed with meat and cheese)heat up nicely in the oven. However, it does help to let thaw out a little and maybe you can pour off some of the excess water. Nothing worse than watery stuffed shells. One time I sprinkled parmesan cheese on top of shells to thicken up the recipe. Good Luck
