Why don't recipes include nutritional info??? I am new to this site and so many of the recipes look great.

Only kitchen approved recipes have that information. Personal recipes do not. I assume AR staff uses one of those nutrition websites to obtain that info when reviewing recipes for posting.
We do our best to make sure that Allrecipes user contributions are appropriate, but if you see anything questionable, please let us know so we can address the issue.
