I like the lemon - do you do this in the slow cooker? Any liquid?

amount depends on how many chops i have- and the size of the crock- i put just enough to keep from drying- but not completely submerged-- hope that makes sense-- i love the cat- i love green eyed cats--:-)

That's Abner - best kitty ever! Loves having his claws clipped, takes pills without a fuss, purrs when you look at him and can't wait to warm my lap.

This sweet and spicy tenderloin recipe is super easy! Make it as spicy as you like by adding more or different types of chili peppers.

Pork Chop Packs

Here's an easy dinner my Grandmother used to make. Pork chops are cooked with sweet potatoes, onions and apple in a little foil packet. Very simple and easy to make for one or for the whole crew. Serve with rice.

If you brown the chops, then put everything into crockpot,,,,,,

Five minutes of preparation, and then you can relax while the chops and onions simmer on the stove. Great with parsley potatoes!

This is my favorite but I add ketchup to it and let it cook long enough so the onions disappear. I add water too because I cook in a skillet but you could brown the chops, and put everything in the crockpot and let it cook away.

Pork chops with a quick homemade BBQ sauce made with balsamic vinegar, ketchup, and brown sugar have just the right amount of sweetness to become addictive.
