Question just came to mind ~~ and thank you in advance for your help. Is unsweetened cocoa and unsweetened chocolate the same? Plan on making *Turtle Cookies* for my son; recipe calls for unsweetened chocolate. Hmm. Thank You again. K.

Unsweetened chocolate has fat in it. Unsweetened cocoa does not.

is unsweetened chocolate the bakers chocolate squares? solid baking chocolate vs. cocoa powder?

Yes, zeebee, unsweetened chocolate would be in bar form. Bakers Chocolate is one brand but there are others.
