I am making a vegetable lasagne dish to be cooked on Saturday (today is Thurs) and I would like to freeze then cook or freeze then reheat. What would be the best method?

I would assemble lasagna today, cover well with saran and refrigerate. Will be fine to bake this Saturday. I frequently prepare ahead & refrigerate or freeze til needed. Enjoy!
