Suzey is looking for: (11 recommendations)
We are invited to a potluck on Saturday. We are in the middle of a kitchen renovation so I have no stove or oven. I'm looking for suggestions on what to take.

You could do this with real bacon pieces, jarred jalapenos and green onion.... http://www.grouprecipes.com/118644/the-black-eyed-peas-meet-the-chili-peppers.html

This is an easy cream cheese spread to make, and it tastes just like the jalapeno poppers you wish you could make yourself! The hardest part of this recipe is not eating it all by yourself!

Use ready-made meatballs -and some sweet-and-sour ingredients -to get the tangy, slow-cooked taste on this toothpick treat.

Suzey - I would take some icecream, bought brownies, bananas, walnuts, and chocolate sauce and serve up banana-fudge sundaes! (or possibly just the icecream, but a fancy variety).

Black beans absorb other flavors superbly, so try to leave this for at least 20 minutes before serving to allow the different flavors to blend together.

Serve your Caprese salad on toothpicks for a fun, easy appetizer. It takes just a few minutes to thread mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves onto the picks and drizzle with olive oil.

It's easy to make lots and lots of these cream-cheese-based rounds: Simply use extra-large tortillas and roll them up with the smooth and crunchy filling.
