I found a donut/chinese place that made crab rangoon like I used to. I HATE frying food, so I was happy to let them deal with the mess (= I was SO sad to find out they closed )))=

Good morn'g! I wanted to make this but realizing I have to get the dough then wait 8 hours for the dough to thaw. I may make a more easier version. Buying French bread and spreading sauce, cheese and pepperoni on it. Happy TGIF everyone!

The master pizza dough recipe is pretty simple, and if you have the pizza crust yeast this link is even easier to work with. It's what I use for stromboli....

Cheryl, a quick and yummy version is get hoagie rolls and make a pizza bread hoagie. My kids beg for them. Quick, easy and little mess!

It's been called everything from 'refreshing' to 'unexpectedly wonderful.' Whatever you call it, feta, balsamic and fresh watermelon unite for a delightfully unique salad.

I think the salty feta would be good on the sweet watermelon. I think I have everything for this, so I may just give it a shot, too! [I just printed it (=]

A hearty combination of beans, corn, tomatoes, and taco seasonings, slow cooked with shredded chicken. Top each bowl with Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips. Made mostly of canned ingredients, this tasty soup lets the slow cooker do the work so you don't have to!

Good morning everyone, tonight it will be lean ground chicken burgers with left over veggies.

I need to keep trying to get the dough for these thinner so they are not so "bready". Otherwise, I'm having a hard time selling the idea to anyone but myslelf :)

Rice with mushrooms, garlic, onion - who could beat that? My family loves this recipe! You can also use it as a main meal if you add cooked chicken after the rice is cooked.

Simple, fresh, and hot, what more could a green salsa want? It contains tomatillos, serrano pepper, onion, and garlic.

some of this from the freezer with last night's leftover chicken that didn't quite ring any bells here. So I guess I'll make burritos or enchiladas.

I've got a lot of tomatoes to use up so I may try this. If anyone has a good recipe that uses a lot of tomatoes, please let me know. Have a happy day!
Sep. 20, 2013 5:16 am ...I always have some of this in the freezer and I've made it with my home canned tomatoes after a quick blitz(as don would say) with the stick blender and call them crushed. If you want ot use a ton, make homemade pizza sauce with them. I tried that and once thickened, it took a whole quart of tomatoes for one pizza.

Getting ready to carry my mom grocery shopping and ground chuck is on sale. I'm a creature of habit, so burgers it will be. Plus, this evening we'll be in the upper 70's to 80 so my butt will be out on the deck grilling. Gonna grill up those hot dogs too! And a celebratory glass of wine for making it through the week! Well maybe two!
