Hi everyone! Recently, there was a vinegar dressing coleslaw being talked about very favorably. I didn't save it to my recipe box and now I'd like to serve it with our fried catfish and hushpuppies dinner this week. Doesthis recipe ring a bell with anybody? Thanks so much for your help, friends!

An absolutely delicious coleslaw, more tart and tangy than the creamy kind. It keeps well and can be made ahead of time.

http://allrecipes.com/customrecipe/62393560/angies-dads-best-cabbage-coleslaw/detail.aspx You know this is good. This is Julie's custom recipe for it. Read her footnotes. Remember the coconut vinegar I gave you? Sub 1/4 cup of it for 1/4 cup of the vinegar. You can make this way ahead of time. The longer it sits the better it gets.

I live in a wonderful Amish community and the ladies here are wonderful cooks. This is a lovely cole slaw recipe for those who like slaw without mayonnaise.

Two nice surprises in this slaw that zip up the taste a bit - shredded carrots and dry onion flakes. This recipe makes a bunch - enough for twelve - and is a snap to double or triple, if you 're inviting a crowd.

This is the one I made last night and I really liked it. Just a little bite.
