Try this for breaded pork tenderloin that is lightly crunchy on the outside, tender and juicy with a hint of Mediterranean spice on the inside.

Glad to hear your feeling better, so nice to go out to eat and relax! I buy a lot of groupon restaurant coupons, they have great dining deals if they are in your area you should check it out. You can eat out for a fraction of the price.

Don't laugh...but DH made us fried egg and bologna sammies last night. We got in late from our six days of camping and he said he'd take care of dinner. Actually they were pretty good...no ketchup/mustard though..ick.

I scratched the soup last night and used my ham and broccoli to make a stromboli of sorts.

I actually bought some of those Hawaiian rolls for sliders. Little girls came for dinner, so I figured little hands would like them. Pretty darned good!

Linda, thanks for making me think of ham for our visitors later this week. Marianne, we have been getting those slider buns too. Great for those really hot days when we didn't want much to eat.

Good morning! I had a Stouffer's pot pie last night. I was nuking it after getting home and got a phone call, and it burned in the microwave. The pot pie had quite a bit of meat for a commercial pie, but I would have liked more vegetables and gravy with it. The pie crust was pretty thick, but since it was burned in places I can't really say how it tasted. I don't think I'll buy another one, but I've learned to never say "never".

THey used to have a cheese and vegetable pot pie that was my favorite but I never liked the meats in any of the frozen/canned item. I'd probably still be buying them if they still made the veggie one :)

Hi Elle, marie callanders pot pies are pretty good, I also like them from schwans home delivery if they are in your area (they have a lot of gravy and meat) I also like that they are on the smaller size. Kentucky fried chicken pot pies are good too.

Seems like our phone always ring at dinner time! DH likes the pot pies but I bake them. I like my homemade better but DH always says mine don't have enough thin gravy.

Sep. 18, 2013 5:36 am
That's always my complaint too L.N. so when I make a homemade pot pie I always double the gravy.

I like them better baked, but I get home from work about 8PM (I leave at 6:30AM) Usually I have something ready or something that can be heated quickly, but last night I didn't, so I decided to nuke it.

Okay, my pepper steak didn't happen. I decided my squash needed to be used before my peppers. Anyhoo, this was delish! My 14-year-old non squash eater said it was good! Woo Hoo! I did leave out the sage the recipe called for.

I adapted this recipe from a seasoning I saw for blackened catfish. Because these steaks have a lot of kick, I make a more mellow side dish, like buttered potatoes or grilled fresh vegetables. --Vera Kobiako, Jupiter, Florida

These waffles are so light and fluffy you'll just want to eat them right out of the waffle iron. Great with ice cream for a fancy dessert or treat your kids to a family style breakfast with syrup and orange juice.

We had Smore's waffles. They were expensive and were nothing more than chocolate chunks and mini marshmawllows in the batter. They were okay for a mix.

Haven't had a waffle in ages, chocolate sounds good but don't think I'd like marshmallow with waffles.

LN trust me, you didn't know they were in there. I think the only thing the marshmallows did was make them sickeningly sweet.
