Easy Beef Stroganoff 1 lb ground beef, cooked w/ chopped onion 1 to 1 ½ cups cooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup ½ cup sour cream Salt & pepper Mix all ingredients together. This is what I'm doing for dinner. A 2 lb. batch. SImple, but everyone loves it. I usually guesstimate most of the ingredients. I will be out of town this weekend, easy for Hubby to heat up.

My favorite Go To Recipe is the stuffed peppers. Start by making the rice first as this is athe longer process, Boil the cleaned out peppers, add the rice and other meats (mine include hamburger and Sausage mixed in) and bake in the oven. Everyone loves them, and the leftovers are most wonderful in lunches.

Asian Salad: 2/3 bag precut julienne carrots, 1/2 frozen bag english peas, sliced green onions, 2 cups jasmine rice, 1 1/2 cups cooked cubed chicken breasts, 1/2 julienned red bell pepper, a handful of chopped cilantro (and any other veggies you want - bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, etc). Sauce: you buy buy ready made Kraft Sesame Dressing and jazz it up with a little drizzle of toasted sesame oil topped with toasted sesame seeds. Sauce: you can make a citrus sauce by combining 1/4 cup of orange juice, 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar or rice wine vinegar, 1 cup of peanut oil with a couple of drops of sesame oil in it, 1/4 cup soy sauce, a tablespoon of minced garlic. Whisk it all together. Toss one of the dressings over the tossed salad and voila!

I have 4 "grown up" children that have varying schedules. Bratwurst w grilled onions are a quick summertime meal. Ill grill burgers and marinated chicken with various toppings. Chicken marsala. Spaghetti with meatballs and sausage. Crab Legs. Rib Eye Steaks. crock pot beef sammys. Pot roast. Pizza is usually ordered once a week(or so). Chinese every week or so. chicken wings are picked up regularly especially during football season, as well as sub sandwiches.
