A fast steam, then "shock" them (to prevent them overcooking) in ice-well that would normally give you shrimp cocktail...But you could do a nice angel hair pasta with olive oil and garlic with bacon bits and fresh grated cheese, and the shrimp would be a killer addition...Or a shrimp based hoagie sandwich, or umpteen salads...

Shrimp, parsley, basil and thyme simmer in a dreamy garlic and cream sauce for a few brief moments before being tossed with hot pasta and Parmesan cheese. Season to taste and serve to a happy dinner party.

This is quick and easy. You could leave out the cream add a bit of butter and some fresh broccoli and make a one pot meal.

don't know if this is what you're looking for. but I like to use a little olive oil and or butter, garlic, green onion and a teaspoon or two of lemon juice. and about a 1/4 cup white wine toward the end. a little salt and pepper at this point. remove from heat and serve over rice or pasta.
