We're craving Chinese food, and it's not something I make often. Can I get suggestions for yummy, simply Chinese dishes? Things like General Tso's Chicken, dishes with lots of vegetables, and flavorful fried rice sound especially good! TIA!

We really enjoyed this! Read reviews- as suggested I scrambled the egg by itself and them combined in! Way easier!

This is my go-to recipe when I want Chinese food without having to go out. Very easy and delicious. Substituting chicken for the beef works great too. Serve over rice.

This is one of our favorite meals (just watch the marinade time as it can quickly overpower the dish). And their method for cooking veggies is easily adaptable to other recipes - - - we usually use broccoli, carrots, onions, bell peppers, etc.

**But our favorite oriental seasoning is the following: 1/2 cup rice vinegar 5 tablespoons honey 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce 1/8 cup Asian (toasted) sesame oil 3 tablespoons Asian chili paste or chili garlic sauce 3 tablespoons minced garlic Directions 1. Whisk all ingredients together in saucepan. Bring to boil and let reduce 3 to 5 minutes or so. I actually found this on another AR recipe (can't remember which one). I make up a batch and keep it in the fridge and then just add it to quick fried veggies or over rice. Killer recipe.

A serrano pepper kept whole adds flavor without bringing heat to this Mexican-style rice dish with tomato and onion.

I've just started getting into Chinese cooking. It always intimidated me for some reason! I made these 2 dishes last week, adding a bag of frozen stir fry veggies to the sauce with the chicken. DD actually just heated some up for breakfast LOL

Sweet, sticky, spicy chicken wings are an irresistible treat. They are fried to a crispy crust, then baked in the sweet and savory sauce.

I added this one because you mentioned General Tso's. The sauce in this recipe is insanely good. If you boil and reduce it down, it's a wonderful substitution for General Tso

I second this suggestion. Makes me want some now.
