I used a glass loaf pan and it burned the outside. I did spray the pan with Pam but it stuck also. Any ideas to help ??!

I hate cooking in glass bakeware. It bakes hotter than an aluminum pan. Have never had luck with them not sticking even when using non stick sprays.

To clean it up, soak it overnight in pure white vinegar and most of the burnt stuff should be able to be scrubbed off in the morning or afternoon.

Sophie, Are you turning your oven temperature down by 25 degrees? I know that you have to do that because glass does bake hotter. Glass is all I use for making pies but I haven't used it for bread.

Line pan with aluminum foil and cook a slightly lower temp than called for
