Here to rave about a recipe I made last night. A personal recipe by GA hole in 1. Hope she/he is around! Here it is... I am the only reviewer... but you must try!

Lindsay, would you post your review or any pertinent thoughts here? You know, reviews won't expand on personal recipes these days. (Think I'll send an email to AR Elizabeth) I think I'll make this in my pressure cooker. Sounds good!

I found Lindsay's review in the new reviews. Here it is: Absolutely AMAZING! I made the sauce up, minus the freshly grated ginger, and decided to marinade my tenderloin a few hours. Added fresh ginger then Baked as directed, keeping most of the sauce outside the oven to baste with every 10 minutes. When it was at temp, took out and let rest as instructed. Made up some more of the sauce, and put the remaining in a saucepan to cook for a while. When I tasted the sauce at the stove after cooking, it tasted way too strong and I was not happy. Decided to serve with the pork anyway. It was so good with the meat. It was deceiving at the stove, because there was nothing with it. Personally I can't see using a gravy. My family went wild about this tenderloin. Kid ate 4 pieces, I had three (which is highly unusual) and my grandma took three pieces, SHE NEVER eats more than one serving of meat! NEVER! Served with mashed potatoes and peas. This is our new favorite. Heading to the recipe buzz now to rave. Thanks GA Hole in 1!!!
