This delicious salsa made with fresh kiwis, apples and berries is a sweet, succulent treat when served on homemade cinnamon tortilla chips. Enjoy it as a summer appetizer or an easy dessert.

Off to annual party at a friends blueberry farm, called the "blueberry party" where we can pick as much as we want. Everyone brings a dish to pass. They serve burgers and hot dogs. It's really nice. Weather is supposed to be a bit cooler, just a bit. So I am going to try this recipe for my dish to pass. Didn't want anything that needs to be kept super cold. I also think I will try to make a tortilla bowl to put the salsa in. Plan to use apricot preserves in this recipe and maybe add blueberries. :)

Busy day for me today. Have out-of-town company coming in Friday so I'll be cleaning all day. Leftovers of BBQ chicken made with this sauce, baked beans and slaw. Have a great day.

... I've been posting this for birthday wishes lately, and I've decided to make it. Not so good for the waistline, but I'm sure the kids will eat it up!
