Good morning! Can I hire one or two of you to help me run errands today? Today's one of those days where I have no idea how I'll get everything done I need to & I don't have a choice....it MUST get done....TODAY! UGH! For dinner, we're having chicken bbq sammies, potato salad & chips. Supposed to start cooling down tonight once a storm rolls thru. Yay! Have a fabulous day everyone!!! I'm off to make tater salad before I have to head out!

These black bean and corn quesadillas are really cheesy, a little bit spicy, and a little bit sweet. My vegetarian husband goes crazy over these every time! Feel free to play around and add chicken or veggies, if you desire. Don't forget the salsa and sour cream!

Morning Sunshines! Since today is supposed to hit 100 with heat index over 105, I'm thinking these with rice. I'd really like something different, but I refuse to turn on the oven. Even with wonderful air conditioning it still doesn't make the house quite as cool as I'd like! Have a beautiful day everyone and staff cool :)

I refuse to turn the oven on too! The AC is running all the time even with the outer rooms closed and all the blinds shut tight. Maybe a good time to wipe the oven but too much work in this heat!

Then we are off to the movies --- either "The Heat" with Sandra Bullock or "The Conjuring". Have a great day all and TRY to stay cool!

Have fun, Brenda. I chose Ruby Tuesday's a lot because I love their salad bar. Friends saw "The Heat" and said it is hilarious. Their only complaint was how many times the F-bomb was used.
