I want a shrimp recipe that includes butter. I love it when shrimp has that buttery flavor! But I want a rare dish that would be unique.

After having these shrimp as an appetizer at a restaurant I have been trying to duplicate them. Serve with bread to mop up the extra yummy garlic butter!

Large shrimp and chunks of artichoke hearts are covered with crumbs, drizzled with garlicky butter and Romano cheese, and baked in the oven for just a few minutes until shrimp are tender and pink.

Decadent and delicious. I just serve with lots of crusty bread and grilled artichokes to dip in all the extra butter. I strain and freeze any leftover butter for the next time.
