Brandy, I'll have to check some recipes later today - and I'll post here. Just wanted to pass on a tip or two that helps me when we go to our family vaca home. When you plan your meals, blend your spices and dry ingredients at home and put in zip bags or small container with a label stating the recipe name. Rental homes may or may not have foil, cling wrap, coffee filters, etc. And one last tip before I get busy. . . If you have those wine bags from the store (buy 6 wines & get 10% off bags) these make terrific bags to pack kitchen stuff, heck all kinds of stuff! And they don't get heavy, can fit into small spaces in the trunk and if they get dirty you can wash them!

Tuna Noodle Supreme

Submitted by: Ellen Proctor
'This tangy tuna bake is well received at potluck suppers,' relates Ellen Proctor of Great Barrington, Massachusetts. 'I've made it with light sour cream and reduced-fat mayonnaise with equally good results. At home, I serve it with a salad and rolls for a quick dinner.'

I make a variation of this. You can make it ahead, freeze, then bake it there.
