PC, I also dislike unloading a dishwasher. I'd rather clean toilets. I pass it off whenever I can.

Hey use a used dryer sheet to dust. Work great!

Does dealing with creepy-crawlys count? Found a huge spider in the tub the other day. I dealt with it by covering it with shaving foam & leaving it for DH to deal with. Found a big bright grasshopper in the kitchen so threw a towel over it until DH could take it outside. Had a small lizard in the kitchen sink so had DH bring take out then deal with it. But I do enjoy washing dishes!

Actually, I'd say I hate to scrub the bathtubs/showers most of all. I also agree, tho, about unloading the dishwasher. I don't even have my dishwasher hooked up right now & it doesn't bother me one bit.

Good post PC! It would be more to the point of "which household chore do you love?" (outside of freelance cooking, for most of us!) Our youngest son is cognitively challenged with Autism, PDD and is pretty much non-vocal. We are his parents (he is 27) and as our son, we will take care of him to our last days (when his siblings have offered to take that torch up)(you are nothing if you are not "family")... Anyways, he is a very "ordered" individual; he delights in loading and emptying the dishwasher, folding and putting away laundry (you might not find it in the drawer that you expect it, but, who's complaining?) While he has no understanding of "clean" he certainly understands "neat" and he will go about the house picking stuff up and putting it where it sort of "belongs"...when you go into the shower in the morning, its not unusual to find your bed "made" when you come out (the regular little "Jeeves" that he is!) So I am sort of "spoiled" by him...(and love him dearly!) but he is utterly uninterested in vacuuming or toilet cleaning, even if the latter is one minute "job" if there is some sort of issue at any given time... Leave it long enough, and, yes, its a genuine PITA, and it would be well worthwhile to discuss vacuum cleaners! Central vac systems rock.

I'm not really fond of any of the chores. Cleaning the toilet is nasty. I hate dipping the cat boxes. For some reason, I hate to sweep. It seems like an endless job in my house. Windows not a problem! I clean them maybe once a year! I lack motivation to dust but I like seeing the stuff dust free.

Hate cleaning our hardwood floors! I'm used to doing floors on my knees (cleaned houses for 35+ years=great job to do in 3 hrs. while kid is at preschool.) The prob is it's harder to get up these days (out of shape plus old leg injury). Scrub and polish and it's filthy 2 days later. Son's dog, rain and mud! Aaarrrgh!!!

I hate ironing. I'd rather do anything and I find that I put it off as long as possible which is pretty stupid cause then the wrinkles set in.
