Does anyone know how to make either a grilled chicken smoothie with lettuce, carrots, peppers, green onions, celery, or a ground beef smoothie with lettuce, carrots, peppers, green onions, celery?

Honestly the only thing that came to my mind was old fashioned baby food. Pick your flavor and add to plain yogurt or cottage cheese. Blend and enjoy.

In the movie Heavan Can Wait, the character played by Warren Beatty made liver shakes (now called smoothies). You might want to look into that.

To make baby food the way they do in hospital kitchens is to add some bread and water to the meat, and swirl in a blender. The bread holds it together, and the amount of liquid will vary depending on the ability of the person who is swallowing it.
