Bake cod fillets with a savory topping of herbed Boursin cheese, diced tomatoes seasoned with garlic, onions, and peppers, and Parmesan cheese, and enjoy a fast and easy seafood dish.

I didn't mean to add this recipe. Just thought I would let you know I posted a review for your moms roast beef and some pics of a version that I do that is similar your recipe sounds really good and although we are from different regions we are still true Italian. Stay well. Gene

hi Manella, I was born here but my grandparents were from naples and due to circumstances they were the ones who raised me so I grew up in an Italian household where you ate till you passed out. I still have not gotten one of those round tuits but will try to get to it soon and will post it. Piu calorosi auguri (warmest wishes)

hi again, your Italian is better then mine. The only time I get to speak it is when I go to Alberta to visit my family. We do not speak English in my dad's home, only Italian, takes me a few minutes to get the hang of it again, but I like the fact I can speak 2 languages, reading Italian, not so good:) Warmest wishes to you also.
