What do you guys think...Can you add yeast to packaged biscuit mix and get an angel biscuit-like product? What would you do differently?

What an interesting question! I never thought of doing that. It probably could be done, though!

Well...the outside texture is different than expected, biscuit more than roll. Definitely taste the yeast...WooHoo! DH tried, gave me a thumbs up (and he hates biscuits) I had a hard time deciding how to treat them..quick like a biscuit or knead like yeast bread. Opted for a brief knead. Next time---knead longer, cook at bread temp and time, not hot and fast like a biscuit. Very Interesting
