Good morning everyone, I have come up with yet another idea for my cake with a layer of fruit gelatin between two layers of cake. I would make a 2 layer white cake with fruit gelatin in between. The possibilities are endless for a good combination that would work together.

What an unusual filling for a cake. Hope you are happy with the results.

Thank you Marie C. I have to see how the layers would work together with some cream cheese icing to go on the outside of the cake.

You do come up with interesting combinations. It could be delicious as cream cheese and fruit gelatin are very good together. Your filling is going to be fairly heavy so I would imagine you are using a very sturdy cake to support the weight. Good luck.
